Artificial intelligence comes to The Oaks Public School
In addition to learning theoretical concepts, students will interact with Jupyter Notebooks, Python coding language, MNIST data sets and Neuranext’s own image classification AI platform.

On Friday August 10th, Dr. Kyngdon presented his paper for Deep Neural Networks for scoring essays at the Sydney Data Science Breakfast.
On 22 July Dr. Kyngdon presented his paper on Deep Neural Networks for scoring essays at the 2018 Global Summit on Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in Education in Beijing China. Dr. Kyngdon was a guest of Beijing Normal University. There were 1500 delegates present and the presentation was viewed by over 5 million people in China.
Our first workshop lecture today here in Beijing focused on the conceptual and mathematical bases of Deep Learning. I feel it’s important to start with the fundamentals and build from there. The afternoon lab session, where students write a simple feed forward neural network in Python, really ties everything together; and the benefits of concepts like regularisation and ReLU neurons become very concrete.

Neuranext’s Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder Daniel Kind discusses advanced screening technologies with Australia’s Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull.
Neuranext had the privilege of presenting to the Greater Narellan Business Chamber at the new Camden Council Chambers. We discussed AI and the potential business applications with a crowd of 150 business people and dignitaries. Thank you to a forward-looking business chamber that is keen to embrace new technologies for the opportunity.
No one knows exactly where AI will take humanity, much like those who deployed the first steam engines could have scarcely conceived of a smart phone. But one thing history teaches us is that people rarely ignore a technological advance.
